It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn L. Erkfitz of New Brighton, Minnesota, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Richards and Marveline Richards; her husband Frank D. Erkfitz; and her brothers, Edward, Paul and Jim Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Erkfitz and Thomas Erkfitz of Los Angeles, California; her siblings, Daniel Richards of Republic, Michigan and Bernice Richards of Elkton, Michigan; her grandchildren, Parker, Samantha and Olivia Yang; and also Phillip Yang. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
