It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Wayne DeVries (New Brighton, Minnesota), who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert DeVries and Wilma DeVries; his wife Mary Ostmoe; his siblings, John, Robert, Glen, Gerald, Lloyd DeVries and Jean Wark; his parents-in-law, Theodore and Jane Ostmoe; and his sister-in-law Martha Jarrells.
He is survived by: his children, Michael DeVries (Mary Sue), Amy Linabery (Matt) and Joel DeVries (Katie); his grandchildren, Theodore, Thomas DeVries, Peter, Sadie Linabery, Andrew and Lucy DeVries; and his brothers, Marvin DeVries (Sharon), Clarence DeVries and Larry DeVries. He is also survived by several siblings-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, any memorials collected will be donated to medical research.
