Though Fulton may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Patricia Dobbs; and his sibling Charlie. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Dobbs and Katherine Dobbs; his brother Paul; and his grandparents, Steve Burrill, Andrea, Don Zeman and Don Dobbs.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (835 2nd Ave NW, New Brighton, MN 55112). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
