He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary; and his brothers, Gary and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Dr. Annette Miller and Dan Miller (Julie); and his grandchildren, Sophia and Samuel. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the St. Mary's Orthodox Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
