He was predeceased by: his brother Bill; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Olson, Dale White, Durwyn Anderson, Robert Kneefe and Donald Hagen.
He is survived by: his wife Connie (White); his children, Debra Lyke, Mark (Julie) and Brian (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Megan, Logan, Tyler and Evan; his great grandchild Theo; his sister Nancy Kneefe; and his sisters-in-law, Faith White, Marilyn Anderson and JeanAnn Hagen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
