He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira and Harriet; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his son Joshua (Cindi); his granddaughter Lily; his daughter Christina; his siblings, Pamela Kedzierzawski (Ed) and Jon Olson (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Dorvan Hagen, Charlene Brenner (Jim) and Thomas Whitrock (Martha). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special friends.
In lieu of flowers, Jay and his family request memorials in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
