He is survived by: his wife Janet Spurbeck; his children, Jennifer Omosebi (Peter), Jason Spurbeck, Jonathan II Spurbeck (Sara) and Joanna Black (Nathan); his grandchildren, Matthew, Mackenzie, Owen, Jason Jr., Destiny, Landis, Amelia, Brecken and William; his siblings, Georgia Squier, Rod Spurbeck (Janet) and Dan Spurbeck (Rebecca); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Haney, Linda Hays (Sam), John Roberts (Jolene) and Brenda Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
