We announce the death of Celia Evenson (New London, Minnesota), who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 87. Celia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kraetzner and Rosina Kraetzner (Steinberg); her husband Gerald Evenson of Paul's Lutheran Church; her granddaughter Ashley Beard; and her brother-in-law Donald Stange (Bradley Stange).
She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Beard (Tim) of Minnetonka and Jill Fugleberg (Mike) of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Emily Key (Noah), Devin Fugleberg and Cassie Fugleberg (Jake Mundt); her great grandchild Grayson; her sister Annette Stange; and her nephews, Brian Stange and Darrel Stange (Lisa).
After their daughters were out of the house, Celia started working for Presbyterian Family Foundation.
