Melissa B. Olson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melissa B. Olson (New London, Minnesota), who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jeanette Torgerson (Norstedt); her parents-in-law, Harlow and Doris Olson; her aunt Ardella Gassler; her uncle Wayne Norstedt; her cousins, Lori Townsend and Bruce "Buddy" Kliedon; and her niece Brooke Gotvald.
She is survived by: her father Dale Torgerson of Brooten; her husband Ross Olson; her children, Tyler Olson of New London and Amber Herem (Dillon) of Spicer; her grandchildren, Hudson and Haven; and her sisters, Lynette Robbin (Ronny) of Belgrade, Sheila Torgerson of Willmar and Brenda Torgerson of Spicer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spicer American Legion Post 545 (155 Lake Ave S, Spicer, MN 56288).
