She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin J. Novak and Emma Novak (Turek); her husband Jim Simon; her sister Marilyn; and her son-in-law Ken "Whitey" Solheid.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Simon (Mary), Patty Solheid, Cathy Prochaska (Mike) and Phyllis Zondlo (Bob); her grandchildren, Josh Simon, Sammi Schultz (Josh), Stephie Killu (Ammar), John Solheid (Kait), Ben Prochaska (Courtney), Brittany Stauffer (Brady), Brianna Lindeland (Alex), Brooks Prochaska (Leah), Blake Prochaska, Emma Zondlo, Kyle Zondlo and Andrew Zondlo; her great grandchildren, Gia, Benny, James Schultz, Kendall, Beckham Killu, Cecilia Solheid, Hattie, Rhodes, Navy Stauffer, Ella, Levi and Lane Lindeland; and her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Simon and Bernard Simon (Marion).
