She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ambroz and Emma Ambroz (Shetka); her former husband Joe S.; her children, Eileen Novak and Daniel J. Tupy; her siblings, Irene Unger (Albert) and Arnie Ambroz; and her great grandchild Harper Blanks.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Stanley Tupy; her sons, Allen Tupy of New Prague and Ron Tupy (Sue) of New Prague; her son-in-law Bernie Novak of Veseli; her sister-in-law Rita Ambroz of New Prague; and her grandchildren, Brad Novak (Katie) of New Prague, Dan Novak (Julie) of New Prague, Shelly Brabham (Monty) of Cedar Lake, Brett Novak (Chelsea) of New Prague, Eric Tupy (Penny) of Austin, Laura Blanks of Mendota Heights, Rebecca Nicol (Ryan) of Carver, Paul Tupy (Annie) of New Prague, Amanda Marino (Pete) of Union Grove, Brian Tupy (Caitlin Hinton) of Lonsdale, Stephanie Lenz (Zac) of New Prague and Nicole Sampson (Nick) of New Prague. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Bruzek Funeral Home (610 Main St E, New Prague, MN 56071). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (215 Main St E, New Prague, MN 56071).
Memorials are preferred to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church and School.
