He was predeceased by: his father Robert Trimpey; his sister Jodie Trimpey; and his father-in-law Ralph Stone. He is survived by: his mother Joann Trimpey (Colvin); his wife Mari of New Prague; his children, Justin Trimpey (Celeste Doehlert) of Shakopee, Brianna Griep (Evan) of Montgomery and Candice Trimpey (Anthony Hootman) of New Prague; his grandchildren, Skye Hanneman, Emma Cobb and Dakota Griep; his sisters, Sue Peterson, Laurie Nelson (Dave) and Melissa Prashad; his mother-in-law Donna Stone of Shakopee; his brother-in-law Jim Stone (Kim) of Shakopee; and his close friend Russ Kraft (Lisa) of Montgomery.
