It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Tietz of New Prague, Minnesota, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph A. Tietz and Ethel Tietz (Scharf); his wife Sharon R. Tietz (Simonette); and his sons, Duane "Dewey" and Dale.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Rynda (Bruce) of New Prague, Dave Tietz (Pam) of New Prague, Dennis Tietz (Heather) of New Prague and Debbie Cobb of Oconomowoc, WI; his daughter-in-law Bobbie Tietz of Waterville; and his sister Marlene Harder of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
