We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Irene Busch of New Prague, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bendzick and Anna Bendzick (Wacker); her husband Elgar; and her siblings, Marcella Koenig, Delphine Bendzick, Jerry and Ervin Bendzick.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Schmitz (John) of New Prague, Darryl Busch (Angela) of Eden Prairie, Tim Busch of Chanhassen, Lisa Bertram (Doug) of Minnetrista and Mark Busch of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren, Andrew Schmitz, Nickolas Schmitz (Chelsea), Tony Schmitz (Sarah), Lydia Schmitz, Elli Busch, Derek Busch, Brian Bertram (Jill Gelle) and Alex Bertram; her great grandchild Oliver; her sisters, Catherine Menke (Roland) of Jordan and Marion Breeggemann of Shakopee; and her sisters-in-law, Katherine Bendzick of Jordan and Gladys Busch of New Prague.
Even after her retirement, she continued working with funds when she volunteered at St. Wenceslaus counting Sunday donations.
