She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Maxa and Anna Maxa; her sisters, Clara and Dorothy; her husband Eugene; her grandchild Emmy Smedsrud; her mothers-in-law, Clara Kohn (Felix) and Dorothy Koppi (Al); and her brother Jake Maxa (Audrey).

She is survived by : her children, Nancy Buczek of Baltimore, MD, Jim Busch (Linda) of Loretto, MN, Dennis Busch (RoxAnne) of New Prague, MN, Susan Speetzen (Dale) of Apple Valley, MN, Kevin Busch (Rachel) of Mankato, MN, Marty Busch (Sue) of Red Wing, MN and Michael Busch (Mary) of New Prague, MN.; and her grandchildren, Matt Ballinger (Lauren), Drew Ballinger (Michelle), Melissa Dahl (Andy), Mindy Hansen (Drew), Dawn Busch-Manske (Karl), Stefan Busch, Jackie Martinson (Corey), David Speetzen (Melissa), Molly Smedsrud, Sarah Busch, Josh Busch (Elise), Anna Busch, Emma Busch and Ada Busch. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
