She was predeceased by: her parents, Giordano Stocco and Giuditta Stocco; her husband Robert Schmidt; her daughter Susan; her granddaughter Christina Kuczynski; and her great grandchild Gemma Kaufman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Kuczynski (Kenneth), Annmarie Schleck (Thomas), Barbara Miller (Mark) and Mary Bischoff (James). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Wenceslaus (215 Main St E, New Prague, MN 56071). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
