He is survived by: his children, Eric Strenge (Brenda) of New Richland, Annette Strenge of New Richland, Kathleen Bartz (Thomas) of Waseca and Emily Voelker (Michael) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Laura Wenzel (Kyle), Megan Ulmen (Tim), Katie Worden (Lane), Ethan Strenge, Kyle, Courtney, Cory Bartz, Ava and Owen Voelker; his great grandchildren, Jace, Harper, Brooks, Bryson, Ella, Landry and Dutton; his sister Faith Youngberg of Cedar Rapids; and his brother-in-law John Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family; and many dear friends.
In place of flowers, the family encourages memorials to the Owatonna Gun Club, the New Richland Area Historical Society, or the New Richland Area Food Shelf.
