She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Oswald; her parents, Martin Gieseke and Olga Gieseke (Netzke); her parents-in-law, Alvin and Marie Oswald; her in-laws, Edwin Oswald, Melvin, Donna Oswald, Lester, Corinne Oswald, Richard Oswald and Marvis Mueller; and her nieces and nephews, Beverly Beglau, Richard Oswald, Eugene Oswald and Shirley Oswald.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Borer of St. Peter, Brenda Thormodson (John) of Madelia and Monica Woelfel (Gordy) of Henry, SD; her grandchildren, Clete, Katie, Winter, Gwen Eastman, Paula Olson, Rebecca Peter (Ryan), Angela Salfer (Brandon), Jana Thormodson and Jason Thormodson; her great grandchild Brooke Olson; and her daughter New Ulm. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
