Deanna leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Deanna’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Deanna will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank "Jerry" Gizzi; her brother Ron Rutjes; and her parents, Fred Rutjes and Lucille Rutjes (Krueger). She is survived by: her sons, Joe Merkel (Stacy) and Brett Merkel (Nicole Emerson); and her grandchildren, Riley, Tanner, Brooke and Madelyn Merkel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
