It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Gorres of New Ulm, Minnesota, born in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Augustin; and her sister Diane Augustin. She is survived by: her husband Jim Gorres of New Ulm; her daughters, Kelly Gorres (John May) of La Crosse, WI, Shannon Gorres (Mark Todd Wyant) of Lawrence, KS and Brittany Gorres-Martens (Josh Martens) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rosalynn May, Coral Gorres-Wyant, Urijah and Raylin Martens; her mother Angela Augustin (Goblirsch) of Sleepy Eye; and her siblings, Nancee Riebel (Dave) of Sleepy Eye, Brian Augustin (Kim) of Port Charlotte, FL and Brad Augustin (Deb). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
