He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pechtel and Anna Pechtel. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Pechtel (Chaska), Marge Teicher of Brielle, N. J. and Dennis Jr. (Tamara (Maple Grove); his stepchildren, Rosemary Bird (Bob) of Kenai, Alaska, Peggy of St. Paul, Minnesota, Bonnie Prinsen (Mike) of Rushford, Minnesota and Brian of Albia, Iowa; and his wife Elaine Flaig. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
