Erika leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Erika’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Erika will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Zeidler and Freida Zeidler (Tachl). She is survived by: her husband John Fritsche of New Ulm; her son Johann Fritsche (Christina) of New Jersey; and her sister Friederike Berger of Munich, Germany. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-South Chapel in New Ulm (218 N Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
