He was predeceased by: his daughter Prisicilla Zobel; his siblings, Teresa Sistad and Johnny Guemmer; and his parents, John Kraus and Elsie Kraus (Guemmer).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Kraus of New Ulm; his son Todd Kraus (Sherry) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Jenessa Ludewig of Mankato, Eric and Scott Zobel; and his brother Jim Kraus (Shirley) of Pennock. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
