He was predeceased by : his parents-in-law, Delores and Louis Geiger; his sister Vivian Plaisance (Sunny); and his parents, Everette Brush and Angeline Brush (Galba).

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Brush; his daughters, Melissa Arndt New (Ronnie), Pamela Andrews (Todd) of New Ulm, Angela Shaul (Mike) of New Ulm, Sara Thomas (Jason King) of Faribault, Anna Fleck (Jesse) of New Ulm and Laura Batt (Brian) of New Ulm; and his sister Judy Holmgren of Gaylord. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
