James leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lamecker and Rosina Lamecker (Fuchs). He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Lamecker of Two Harbors and Jerry Lamecker (Janet) of Wadsworth, OH. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (417 S Minnesota St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery.
