He is survived by : his father Guadalupe Perez of Mexico; his son Nicolas Cebastian Perez of New Ulm; his girlfriend Marissa Martinez of New Ulm; his siblings, Irene Perez of Dallas, Texas, Jose Guadalupe Perez of Wichita and Victor Isaac Perez of Hays, Kansas; and his mother Blanca Irene Perez (Lopez) of Garden City, Kansas. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
