With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Galen Ranweiler of New Ulm, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Michael left this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 45, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruth, Ronald Hall, MaryAnn and Norbert Ranweiler; and his mother Roni Ranweiler (Hall).
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Ranweiler of New Ulm; his children, Bree Ranweiler (Hazel) of Seattle, Abby Calliguri (Nathan) of Shakopee and Aiden Ranweiler of New Ulm; his granddaughter Reese Calliguri; his father Steve Ranweiler; his stepparents, Kim Ranweiler of New Ulm and Scot Gallea of Mankato; and his siblings, Stephanie Ranweiler of New Ulm, Sara Ranweiler of St. Paul, Nicolas Brown (Lexie) of New Ulm and Isaiah Ranweiler of New Ulm. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (700 S Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073).
