He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Paul David Jr. and Julie Carlson (Tom); his stepsons, Michael (Joyce Harvey) and Daniel Pytleski; his grandsons, Justin, Nick and Seth; and his siblings, Lois Johnston, Lorraine Schroepfer and Ray Meidl. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
