He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Hoffman; and his sister Wendy Eichers. He is survived by: his wife Sereen Hoffman of New Ulm; his daughters, Shayna Burgeson and Sara Hoffman-Bidinger (Ryan) of St. Cloud; his stepfather Lee Brandt of New Ulm; his siblings, LuAnn Vanderwerf (Curt) of New Ulm, Allen Hoffman (Cathy) of New Ulm and Scott Haukom-Brandt (Randy) of Cottage Grove; and his mother Phyllis Hoffman (Tauer). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
