He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wise and Audrey Wise (Olson); his brother Steven Wise; his brother-in-law Joey Wylie; and his cousin Mike Gliniany.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Wise; his children, Michael Wise (Kristen), Matthew Wise and Randi Blackstad (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Hannah (Joe), Erin, Joey, Emerson and Cole; his great grandchild James; his brother Jeff Wise (Geri); and his pet Leddy.
He also served as a board member for the New Ulm Area Foundation, Oak Hills, the New Ulm Basketball Association, and the Grand Arts Center in New Ulm, and was a founding member of the New Ulm Diabetes Walk.
