With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wallace Bastian of New Ulm, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Bastian; his siblings, Ambrose Bastian, LeRoy Bastian and Mary Jo Bastian; and his parents, Edwin Bastian and Margaret Bastian (Steinbach).
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Bastian of St. Cloud and Allan Bastian of Shakopee; his grandchildren, Claire Hauser (Tyler) of Buffalo and Katherine Bastian of Plymouth; his great grandchild Thatcher Hauser; and his siblings, Gervaise Bastian of Fort Wayne, IN, Geraldine Hauber (Bert) of Las Vegas, NV, Cletus Bastian of Austin and Thomas Bastian of Marshall.
