He was predeceased by: his brother Daryl Brudelie; his nephew Daryl Dankert; and his parents, Walter Brudelie and Adeline Brudelie (Hetle). He is survived by: his wife Jean Brudelie of Hanska; his sister Edythe Dankert of Ham Lake; his siblings-in-law, Karen Kettner of Sleepy Eye, Gary Gluth (Deb) of Kentucky and Brian Gluth (Margaret) of Eagan; his niece Molly Lang (Jared) of Fairfax, Virginia; and his nephews, Todd Dankert (Lisa) of Oak Grove, Kevin Kettner of Springfield and Josh Gluth of Ft. Wright, Kentucky. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Ulm South Chapel (600 S Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home- South Chapel (218 N Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Brown County Humane Society, the Oak Hills Living Center of New Ulm, or the donor's choice.
