He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Olson and Vivian Peterson Olson; his brother Terry Olson; and his parents-in-law, Allen Solberg and Donna Hanson Solberg.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Solberg Olson; his children, Beth Comstock (Jeremy) of Newfolden, MN, Nikki Olson (Amanda) of Grand Forks, ND, Jordan Olson (Kayla) and Samantha Cortez (Armando) of Crookston, MN; his grandchildren, Emily, Tristian, Isaiah, Hayden, Landyn, Ty of Everly, AJ, Whitley, Ruby and Rowdy; his great grandchildren, Ryder and Aria; his siblings, Vickie Bjorgaard (Bruce) of Viking, MN, Suzan Larson (Vince) of Viking, MN, Kathy Peterson, Tammy Martin of Holt, MN, Jimmy Olson (Marla) of Holt, MN, Kelly Stanley (Darin) and Kim Peterson (Brian); his in-laws, Dan, Pam Solberg, Jeff (Duff) and Debbie Lee; his nephews, Matt and Luke Solberg; and his niece Lacey Solberg.
