She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Forbrook; her son Wayne Forbrook; her grandchildren, Chelsea Jack and Loryn Anderson; her siblings, Esther Schliemann, Mildred Rudenick, Marion Enter, John and Ervin Block; and her parents, Frederick Block and Annie Block (Drenttel).
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Forbrook of New Ulm; her grandchildren, Wyman Forbrook (Kimberly) of Lake Crystal, Leslie Anderson of Edmond, WA. and Dana Schultz (Scott) of St. Peter; her great grandchildren, Bethany Demarais (Dalton) of Courtland, Amber Forbrook (Dillon Larson) of New Ulm, Kyle Jack of Marysville, WA., Kendyl Anderson of Denver, CO., Zachary Forbrook of Lakewood, CO. and Ben Schultz of St. Peter; and her great great grandchildren, Luke, McKenna, Anna Demarais, Grayson Schultze-Jack and Milo Schultze. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
