He is survived by: his son Timothy Thorson (Savannah) of Cambria; his grandsons, Aiden Weller and Waylon Thorson; his daughter Alicia Madsen (Eric) of Hanska; his grandchildren, Kami Berheim (Josh) of Pierre, Kendra Broekhuizen of Brookings, Kaden Madsen of Groton and Collin Johnson of Hanska; and his brothers, Oren Thorson (Grace) of New Ulm and Leon Thorson of Eagle Bend. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
