He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jensen and Ardelle Jensen; and his sister JoAnne Ray. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McCarty; his children, Shon (Yolanda) and Laura (Kevin); his grandchildren, Taylor and Brooke; his siblings, Lance Jensen (Barb) and Delrae (Leroy); and his grandmothers, Cathy Hoekstra (Robert), Karen Carder (Steve) and Patricia Koep.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
