He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Ring and Hazel Ring (Johnson); his wife Twyla; his sisters, Jane Johnson (Kelly) and Mary Lou Wawrzynaik (Irving); and his son Bill.
He is survived by : his children, Karen Sorenson (Mike), Dell (Rhonda) and Dale (Terri); his grandchildren, Robley, Nick, Ashton (Annie), Molly, Cooper, Alex (Makenzie), Ethan (Megan) and Ally; his great grandchildren, Michael, Livia, Rubie and Brody; and his close friend Mary Eslinger.
