She is survived by: her husband Scott Wilbur; her daughters, Emily Seefeld and Hailey Wilbur; her parents, Richard Hermann (LeAnn Hermann) and LeAnn Hermann; her sister Maureen Felt (Erik); her nieces, Alaina Felt and Anna Kapanke; and her nephew John Felt. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church (38725 Forest Blvd, North Branch, MN 55056). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to assist the needs of Colleen's daughters, Emily and Hailey and directed to her husband, Scott or her father, Richard.
