He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Schmidt and Nancy Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Frauendienst; his children, Nicole Yeats (Josh) of Long Prairie, MN, Matthew Schmidt of North Branch, MN, Lucas Schmidt (Kaylyn) of North Branch, MN and Dalton Bursaw of Pine City, MN; his grandchildren, Monroe and Aliyah; and his sister Karin Storlien (France) of Arles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
