We announce the death of Steven H. Johnson of North Branch, Minnesota, who passed away on October 13, 2026, at the age of 77. Steven will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Norma Johnson (Tennis); his brother Lyle; and his stepbrother Neil Erickson. He is survived by: his sister Marjorie; his wife Grace Hals; his children, Glenn Johnson (Kari) of Harris and Trista Matheny (Darrell) of Harris; his grandchildren, Alesha Bauerschmidt (Andy), Mikaela Erickson (Jonathan), Mackenzie Johnson, Breanna Huebner (Ben), Clarissa Johnson and Drew Matheny (Torah); and his great grandchildren, Ayla, Avery Bauerschmidt, Kallie Erickson, Bowen Huebner and Dallas Matheny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grandstrand Funeral Home & Cremation Service - North Branch (6580 Main St, North Branch, MN 55056).
