We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2022, at the age of 90, Theodore H. Penas of North Branch, Minnesota, born in Roseau, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Penas and Jordis Penas (Nelson); his wife Joyce; his brothers, Darryl and Butch; his brother-in-law Thomas Goings; and his niece Tammy Goings.
He is survived by : his son Tim Penas of North Branch; his foster son Scott Kappes (Gretchen) of Circle Pines; his sisters, Gale Ybarra (Max) of Andover, Joyce Mooney of Fridley and Norma Goings of Fridley; and also, Nicholas, Stephanie, David Hall of Missouri and Crystal.
