He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Bobbie Jo Nissen (Gary) and Kelly Jo Shaffer; his granddaughters, Chelsey Strause (Nicholas), Christine Shaffer (James Maristuen) and Ashley Howe (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Edwin, Eloise Strause and Thomas Howe; his significant other Bridget; and his parents, Edward and Gloria. He was also cherished by numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
