With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey J. Tate of North Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Audrey is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Audrey's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Schwichtenberg and Esther Schwichtenberg (Bennett); and her brother Roland Schwichtenberg. She is survived by: her husband Ken Tate; her stepchildren, Mollie Monson (Doug), Michelle Sexe (Peter), Tammy Kammerer (Dave), Calvin Tate (Becky) and Sylvia Kunz (Earl); her sister Amy Schwichtenberg; and her friend Pat Buchanan. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
