It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Benedict Bastian of North Mankato, Minnesota, born in New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis and Nora. He is survived by : his sons, Tom, John, Dan and Greg; his wife Marilyn (Gleisner); his great grandchild Tom; his grandchildren, John, Nelsonja, Allison, Luke, Michael, Dylan, Dan, Angie, Aunikah, Tripp, Greg, Jennifer, Henry, Oliver and Louis; and his siblings, Willard (Joanne), Bernadette (Fred) and Jerome (Myra). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
