He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Hiniker and Phyllis Hiniker (Krier); his sisters, Elaine Hiniker and Dorothy Hiniker; his father-in-law Harry Wemette; and his brother-in-law Don Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wemette; his children, Jared (Carmen) and Sarah Miller (Travis); his grandchildren, Dawson, Camdyn, Brock and Grady; his siblings, Steve (Julie), LuAnn Hiniker (Kevin Hesse) and Mary Hiniker (Joe Butzer); his mother-in-law Patricia Wemette; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Zeimetz (Nick) and Larry Wemette (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Mankato Mortuary (2060 Commerce Dr, North Mankato, MN 56003). A private memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mankato East or West Booster Clubs, or local sport associations: MAYBA, MAGFA, or MAHA.
