She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Erickson and Olga Erickson (Kleven); her brothers, Roger Erickson and Gary Erickson; her daughter Kerry Alvarado (Jay); her grandson Jaime Karschnik; her parents-in-law, Joe and Maybelle Bigbee (Wessell); and her brother-in-law Reid Bigbee.

She is survived by: her friend Jody Wallschleger; her daughter Linda Missling (Jim) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandson Chris (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Lily and Carter; her grandson Anthony "Tony" Karschnik (Renee) of Pueblo; her great grandchild Sarah Suggs (Julian); her great great grandchildren, Aislynn and Julian Stetson; her great grandchild Tanner; her son-in-law Javier "Jay" Alvarado of Pueblo West, Colorado.; her son Kevin Bigbee (Gale) of North Mankato; her granddaughters, Kelsey Bigbee and Allie Isakson (Tanner); her daughter Kristi Butler (Bob) of Revere, Minnesota; her grandson Dan Butler (MacKenzie); her great grandchild Bryar; her granddaughter Laura Albertson (Rob); her great grandchildren, Joseph and Dylan (Shanaya); her great great grandchildren, Lexie and Bo; her sisters-in-law, Donna Erickson (Roger) and Myrna Erickson (Gary); her daughter Marilyn (Kent); and her friends, Marilyn and Kent. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Northview - North Mankato Mortuary (2060 Commerce Dr, North Mankato, MN 56003). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 10:52 AM at the same location.
