She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Olson, (Peterson) and Leonard R. Olson, Sr.; her husband Kenneth Harold Granquist of Duluth; and her brother Leonard R. Olson, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Alan Olson (Kay) of Seattle; her children, Mark Granquist (Kathy), Bruce Granquist (Ketut) of Bali and Kristin Teipel (Steve) of St. Paul; her grandchildren, Elisabeth Alderks (Blaine), Robert Granquist (Candice Jones), Maddie Teipel (Ian Gallagher) and Natalia Granquist (Folarin Bandele); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor and Vivienne Alderks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Incarnation Lutheran Church.
