She was predeceased by: her husband Dick; her daughter Jeanine; and her granddaughters, Tara and Tatum. She is survived by: her children, Susan Churchill (Dan), Nancy Kunz (Roger) and Jeff Reif; and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jenna, Becky, Steffi, Jeff, Jaclyn and Cynthia. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
