She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; and her grandson Craig. She is survived by: her children, Darwin Rebischke, Jeff Rebischke (Cuni), Wendy Azure, Robert Azure (Linda) and David Azure (Jen); and her siblings, Denny Helmer (Annie) and Dorothy Muto. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
