He is survived by: his mother Lynnett Smith (Holz) of Omaha, NE; his wife Judee Smith of Northfield, MN; his sister Suzy Jolly (Andy) of Fort Collins, CO; his uncle Craig; and his aunt Julie Holz of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
